Here’s the footage of Mike Vick returning to play in his first NFL game in two years; a preason game but an NFL game regardless. After serving 18 months in prison for charges stemming from the illegal dog fight ring he financed. Vick, although only in the game for six plays, looked pretty decent. He completed all four of his pass attempts for 19 yards, ran for one yard on one rush attempt and even played wide receiver for one play – no catch though. We’ll see how he progresses for the rest of the preseason.

In less than a week four Jay-Z tracks have leaked on the net (‘Off That,’ ‘Reminder,’ ‘Venus vs. Mars,’ & ‘Ghetto Techno’); three of which will appear on Jay-Z’s upcoming album ‘The Blueprint 3″ and the fourth, ‘Ghetto Techno,’ a BP3 leftover, all tracks have one major coincidence. All four tracks were produced by Timbaland.  The net has already heavily speculated that Timbaland or his circle is responsible but here is what Memphis Bleek, someone directly linked to Jigga, has to say on the matter:

“Man , you know where that’s coming from. That’s Timbo’s camp. Somebody is playin’ dirty. It’s cool though. I like to see the people’s opinions. I’ve been reading the comments on Jay’s records saying that the beats don’t sound like this or that. I think they just set the bar too high for my guy.”

Bleek also goes on to speak on bloggers negative reactions and comments to the leaks tracks and even talks about Jay-Z’s evolution of flow and subject matter:

“A couple of years back, I had asked Jay why he doesn’t make another “Big Pimpin.” This was like four years ago when I asked him this and his answer to me was ‘Why would I do that?’ “Big Pimpin” is already made. So then, I didn’t understand what he meant by that and I’m like so what, I would just make six of those and ride it to the end of the wave. But he’s right because if you make four more of those records, then the original won’t be hot anymore. You have to move on to the next wave and I think that people want him to stay Reasonable Doubt, Volume 2, Blueprint Jay. He’s not that guy anymore, he’s outta here.”

“I do. I do,” Jay insisted about whether he still wants to make movies in the future. “I’m taking my time. It may seem like it’s taking forever, but when I do, it’s gonna be something added to the genre. I just don’t wanna do a couple movies and be gone. I want it to be something that’s really important, so I’m taking my time with it. Hopefully when I arrive [in Hollywood], I can leave a footprint.”
