Kanye-west-throws-chicken-tantrum

It appears Kanye wasted no time in forgetting about being humble and getting back to his old ways; according to VIBE and MTV UK. Just before Kanye made his return to the stage for Common’s Benefit Concert, he had one of his classic tantrums and it wasn’t for one B’s videos this time either. It was for…get this…a piece if chicken!!!! The details of the incident are as follows:

The rapper was allegedly upset over his not being offered food while in the dressing room backstage. After spotting a man eating chicken, West blurted, ‘Why wasn’t I offered chicken? It’s not fair – you want me to perform for free – everyone is eating – why am I not eating?’”

When the waitress explained that he never asked for food, ‘Ye yelled, “Well, I’m asking now!” After receiving chicken, he allegedly proceeded to take ONE bite and then throw the rest in the trash and immediately grabbed the mic and hit the stage. Meanwhile, Amber Rose — Kanye’s girlfriend, stood silent, while other celebrities backstage watched in awe and shook their heads. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

New video from the legendary Roots band. Their album “How I Got Over” is slated to drop Oct. 20 but might get pushed back to Nov. Video directed by BBGun.

Cease chops it up with Sway of MTV.

"I Just Gotta Be, I Just Gotta Be MORE CAREFUL"

"I Just Gotta Be, I Just Gotta Be MORE CAREFUL"

T-Pain addresses the Jay-Z ‘Non-Beef’ in his cover of Drake & Trey Songz hit ‘Successful’ with his ‘More Careful.’ I think the issue was dead by now but apparently T-Pain felt he needed to prolong it and apologize to Jay-Z in song or is it he has a new album on the way…yeah that’s it he does have a new album on the way. Anyway check out the song.

T-Pain – “More Careful” (Successful Cover)

“Alright, so let’s talk about this Jay shit
Somedays I wish that I ain’t never say shit
And Diddy said, ain’t no excuse for what I did
But I felt like he was knocking the same shit that feeds my kids
I do music cause I need it to make my world spin
So when you down it, it’s like you dissin’ my girlfriend
And Jay one of the only niggas I hear bringin’ it
So I didn’t think that he would even entertain the shit
Cause entertainment is see through
But if you really feel like I’m dead, then nigga me too
I ain’t tryna write you’re rhymes
But you coulda skipped one DJ and all you had to say was ‘
T-Pain, we cool’
But by all means don’t take this as a diss or hatin’
I just wanna explain my side of the situation
So if you knew just how much respect that I had
You’d know that I’m a real nigga when I say, my bad.”

Damn…these groupies nowadays are going hard…first Officer Ricky gets get his Jewels stolen by a band of merry Robin Hood groupies; now Weezy talks about his stop in Jacksonville, FL discusses how some over-zealous Thug Life groupies started shooting up his tour bus because they felt skighted that he denied their “services” of pleasuring him. WTF!?!?!?

Here’s a video of Ghost & Rae performing one of the classic tracks off OB4CL; ‘Criminolgy‘…head crack music. This is from BET’s The Deal and taped during Rae’s promo run for the sequel/follow-up to the classic LP.

Free drops a vid for two tracks off his upcoming mixtape “The Beat Made Me Do It.”

“You got me through two years up north with ‘The Bridge Is Over,’ ” the Dog told the Bronx bomber. “Real talk. Real talk. You got me through it, baby. You got me through it.”

“DMX, everything this brother spits is hot,” KRS said. “Everything. This is the heat right here. When I stand next to MCs, this is who I wanna stand next to. This brother gets it in. And not many cats that make hit records can also get it in on the mic. It’s sorta like you trade in one for the other: You make a hit, you leave the streets. You stay in the streets, you can’t make a hit. This right here, [though,] is living proof. Get at me, dog.”

“If I’m the heat, this is the fuel,” X countered. “This is the fuel that’s off the heat. It’s an honor, real talk.”

VH1’s “Hip Hop Honors” air on October 13.

Fabolous comes in at #8 on the list, definitely deserved a spot and had a solid year; his twitter game might be > tho…Ha!

Why He’s Hot: Fabolous started his Loso’s Way campaign by telling the world that it was “his time,” and the boy from Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood lived up to his claim. Loso’s Way — a concept project inspired in part by the gangster film “Carlito’s Way” — became his first #1 LP on the Billboard albums chart, selling nearly 99,000 units in its first week of release. All year, we’ve been hearing “It’s Loso, in case you didn’t know, so …” for a reason: Fab never runs out of ammo with his tireless punch lines and swag.
