Looks like Chef Rae got something cookin’ up — On his twitter account Rae tweeted that he got some Rockstars lined up for a re-release of his certified LP Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Pt. 2 – Gold Edition. So be on the look out for it, as more details get revealed.

Red Cafe is releasing 2 official remixes for his track “I’m Ill” — the first features the boys from Y.O., the second features Lloyd Banks, Ryan Leslie & Claudette Ortiz (of ex-group City High fame).

Posted the LOX remix earlier but it had tags on it, these versions are untagged…enjoy!

Kid Cudi previews a new track while perfoming at Purdue University the other day. His new album Cudder And The Revolution of Evolution should drop sometime this year.

Jay-Z protege J. Cole scores big at New York show

The sold-out crowd rapped along as if the performance was captioned. The only song they couldn’t recite was the soulful and bouncy one he premiered, “Who Dat.” It likely will be the first single from the 25-year-old’s upcoming as-yet-titled first album.

In a fickle  music industry where fans eat up new artists and quickly go on to the next one, Cole’s performance suggested that he doesn’t only have next. He’s going to be around for a while.

Diggy Simmons has been making waves in recent weeks; especially since signing his Atlantic Records deal .  The lastest wave Diggy’s riding takes him to BET’s 106 & Park. Diggy even spits a verse — this kid has potential written all over him.
